“First time coming to this location, pleasantly surprised with the experience, considering all the bad reviews. I walked in to place a to go order. I asked for fresh chicken, a young gentleman explained it would be 12 minutes. I waited inside and asked for some dining trays napkins, and fork to eat on the road. They prepared my meal, called me over that it was ready. They were slammed with a large 90 piece order and still took the time to honor my request. Some of these reviews could have been avoided if they would have clear communication and also double check your order before you leave. Lots of young staff on board but they know how to get the job done.
The cook was actively placing lots of new food and frying up, the girl who took my order was also very nice lots of teamwork here. Even the female manager was hands on making other sides.“

“I get my food pretty quick. I usually have a 30 minute lunch and have gotten my food in time to enjoy it before going back to work. I ordered load fries without meat and it was really good. The staff is nice and friendly, they went out of they way to help people place orders on the kiosk machine. The place is alot bigger then what it looks too.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to recognize Matthew, who was working the drive-thru window during my visit on Dixie Land. He was so outgoing, upbeat, and full of positive energy that it really stood out! He greeted me with a big smile, made great conversation, and turned a simple drive-thru stop into a genuinely fun experience. He’s super bubbly, but I truly appreciated how he used that energy to brighten my day. Matthew deserves to be recognized for the way he goes above and beyond with customer service. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him!“

“Tenders were okay but tiny and a bit soft? I guess depending who the cook is im assuming becuase last week my sister ordered them and they were bomb also huge! Their homemade ranch dipping sauce is amazing kind of tastes like cheddars or gatties !!! By the way recommend Eli he is awesome ? and the restrooms are super clean!! Lastly, YOU CAN CALL AND RESERVE A TABLE SO JUST ASK WHAT IS THE TABLE NUMBER YOU WANT AFTER YOUR 1ST VISIT BUT IM NOT SURE HOW LONG BEFORE YOU CAN REQ IT?

“Had not eaten here in a few months; man taking to go orders had some issues bit finally got order correct. Chicken was hot, good size breast n perfectly cooked. Church's needs to do what they do best, fried chicken. Stay away from Shrimp business.“

“Place an online order and went to pick up and saw worker taking chicken out of my order to give to another customer and then I had to wait for more chicken. Yes it was fresh but shouldn't have to wait. Other worker was nice and apologized for issue and biscuits were fresh and soft.“

“So I gotta give props to these workers and management. I placed a mobile order and when I got there it was very busy. I only saw 4 workers. So yes it did take a bit but wasn’t mad about it because I have worked in the food industry before and it’s not as easy as it looks. Even though they were super busy. They were still smiling and getting the orders out. My food was fresh and delicious.“
