Didn't get my sandwich for over 30 minutes after ordering online, and had to force them to check on it. Turns out it was sitting there the entire time. Bread was stale and they didn't give me my cookie I ordered. The manager said you have to ask for your food. I said, I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes and yall didn't say 1 word to me. Just kept looking down and working on the next order. Guess next time I'll just have to be rude to get my food in a timely manner.
They always have good food and kind employees.
Terrible location. Every time I come here something is wrong, out of an item, drink machine not working, extremely long wait times. Today I come 15 minutes after open and they tell me I can't be served because they're not ready for the day yet. This makes 3 times in a row I have tried to come here for my lunch break and end up having to go somewhere else.
