I accidentally dropped my sandwich in the store , and they made me a new one.
No charge. La porte :)

Didn't get my sandwich for over 30 minutes after ordering online, and had to force them to check on it. Turns out it was sitting there the entire time. Bread was stale and they didn't give me my cookie I ordered. The manager said you have to ask for your food. I said, I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes and yall didn't say 1 word to me. Just kept looking down and working on the next order. Guess next time I'll just have to be rude to get my food in a timely manner.
They always have good food and kind employees.
Firehouse Subs La Porte offers a wide selection of sandwiches, from clubs to steak and cheese, and po' boys. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly, with a kid-friendly atmosphere. Customers appreciate the great customer service, with a sweet server who made their day. The food is good as always, and the sub was amazing. The drive-thru can sometimes be slow, but the staff is sweet and makes sandwiches very fast. The new turkey sand is good, though some find it high priced. This location seems to leave a good impression on customers, making it a recommended spot for anyone looking for a good sandwich shop.
