“Stopped there last year on my way to see my sister in New Braunfels and got me some pancakes, they put some extra silverware in the bag and it was two sets of pancakes where I ate one in the car and one at my sister’s house before I went to church that Sunday in New Braunfels and I know that Saturday was busy when I came in there. Thank God my stuff came out and I was too grateful.“

“1 - Excellent food…fried pickles appetizer gone in 60 seconds; burgers were awesome; tater tots add beyond yummy…and stay crispy enough for next day breakfast ( because they give you a portion that you WILL have another meal) 2 - Speedy, friendly customer service…very attentive staff….we tipped well over the standard 20% because it was so good! 3 - beautiful, lively atmosphere…air coolers for outdoor eating, which we chose despite the heat/humidity Most importantly, I was an out of tower and this was my last meal with local family before flying out the next morning. Dumb a** me left my wallet at the restaurant and didn’t realize until getting ready to leave for the airport at 0830. We stopped by the restaurant to see if it was still in the outdoor eating area…nope. Luckily, ran into the contractor doing some work…he called the owner, the owner confirmed it was in the office safe. After hearing I needed to make the AM flight to DFW for connection to home, he dispatched an employee to go in on a planned closed day to get my wallet. This kindness allowed me to make my flight…what he didn’t know is this act of kindness was critical because I had a new job in-person interview scheduled for the next day. Forever grateful. THAT is customer service. Thank you so much! Tells a lot about the culture and dedication to customers. Keep up the awesome work…I will be back. Promise to keep better accountability of my wallet!“

“Two of us ate here on Feb. 19th after I'd had a medical procedure done. It was really windy and cold that day. Parking is in the back. We were greeted as soon as we entered and told to pick our own table. It's a small place and there was a gas heater going which made it even more cozy. The food was great and the two ladies were so sweet and attentive. We've told multiple people about Kitok and will 100% be going back when we're in the area. We found it sort of by accident, but that was a great accident. Everything we had was great, try it all!

I appreciated her going that extra mile to do the right thing. We have been to The Brown House Cafe several times over the summer and really enjoy the great service and excellent food. It’s more of a pick-up food place rather than a stay-and-eat place.Their strong suit is their chicken package with 1 whole chicken, rice, charro beans, tortillas, grilled onion, and salsas all for $20. It feeds about 4 grown hungry men and it’s a good deal. It is ready in about 3 minutes.The chicken has a good flavor of being grilled over coal. The rice is decent. The charro beans have good flavor. The salsas are good but the green one is especially good.The taqueria has a wide range of food. They also have a rib package which is a bit pricier than the chicken but still good and tender. The pupusas are good and made on the spot so it has a bit of wait time. Their fresh waters are good and huge. Their tamales are good sized if a bit lacking in taste.There is ample parking and wheelchair accessible.Try this place it’s really good, with a wide selection, and reasonably priced.“

“Had the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger with fries and their Nashville hot boneless wings. Fries were a 6/10 but the burger was AMAzing!!!!!!! So good and juicy amazing flavors had a great kick of spice. “Saw the sign on the expressway for this Sonic so I decided to stop off and grab a drink. This is well over a mile off of the expressway. I located it pulled in. It is a very small location compared to others. I placed my order. My drink came out quickly. The employee was very friendly. Overall a good experience, just not a convenient location.“

“Had the pleasure of being waited by Ethan C today. In translating the menu, handling the front by himself and getting change twice he was very pleasant and professional. Our frustration came when you could see help was needed and two managers where conducting an interview. In my opinion one could have helped with the line, went to get change or ran orders instead.“

“we moved in to the neighborhood 3 weeks ago and we are absolutely happy with the service we haven been twice to Sonic, and even thou I was missing one of the drinks the first time I told them and they brought it immediately. my 2nd time was today, they are obviously very busy but my food was warm and delicious! they were also fast to take my order and friendly.“
