“An incredible and unexpected Honduran food truck experience!
The lady taking our order was so nice, spoke great English, and gave us perfect recommendations. At her suggestion, I ordered the Pollo con Tajadas. It was a phenomenal fried chicken dish—lightly sauced and served over a bed of fresh fried thin plantains, crisp julienned cabbage, and incredible pickled onions. The portion was massive! My daughter ordered the Tacos Hondureños and absolutely loved them—another huge, delicious portion with zero regrets. We also tried the Honduran Horchata, which was a fantastic new experience; it’s made with ground seeds and nuts, giving it a unique, delicious flavor profile.
To top it off, we met the owner. She was exceptionally kind, proud of her Honduran culture, and shared a lovely passion for Texas. I can’t express enough how great the food and hospitality were. Highly recommend checking this spot out!
Also at the time of my review they do not have a brick and mortar location. If you are confused about the Google maps location it is correct and where the food truck is located.“
