Geoff at the Frisco Canes on Lebannon and 423 is literally a beacon of light in world full of darkness. His uplifting attitude, positive vibes, and impeccable choreography accompanied with an interpretive dance crafted only for the most worthy truly make every bite of canes tender, delicious chicken fingers that much more delectable. The all encompassing glow of his presence is something my husband and I look forward to during every excursion to this canes location. Every time we go through the drive through, we hold our breath and say a quite payer... all in hopes that Geoff is the one taking our card to pay. He is a remarkable man who makes our drive through excursions a thing of true majesty and pure enjoyment. If I were you, I’d keep him forever because honestly, I think the world might just explode into turmoil if he leaves. It would be like opening a Pandora’s box of cursed fried chicken and sauce so sinister it would completely diminish the golden crisp of the fries, leaving them doomed to become sad, limp, under salted, only mildly tasty morsels little Frenchfrylets. “Our granddaughter wanted to have her 6th birthday dinner here, so we all went.
The owner was very kind and welcoming, as was his whole team.
Our food was delicious, I had the roasted chicken and a salad, super tasty. I indulged in 1 of the dinner rolls also, those are dangerously yummy 😋
Our grand loves their fries with the seasoning salt, i even added it to my salad to give the ranch a kick, tasty 😋
The owner gave our granddaughter her very own mini Nothing Bundt Cake. Her smile from his generosity was so sweet.

order arrived Half of it.. Here is the Great thing I call the store even though it is through Uber just wanted to let them know “BTW the Uber driver mucked up the orders” I get Steve the owner on the phone by chance..

Let me explain something when a Restaurant goes with a meal delivery they are not responsible for the driver, or the driver mixing up orders and should not be.

But Steve went above and Beyond, way beyond actually I had hit the buttons in Uber Eats , tried to call the driver, and sent the refund form already.. Now Steve is out the money for the order as Uber Eats does not hold their Drivers accountable at all.

Steve knowing this Still wanted to make things right, He cooked the right food and we went to pick it up, he Went above and beyond.. He could have told me to kick rocks take it up with Uber Eats, he did the right thing even when it cost him money, they already had our Weekly order on Sundays because they do chicken right.
They now have garnered my respect, as well as making me want to ensure I Stop in to this location more than just once a Week.

“We enjoy going to the University location often. Their employees are sweet with big smiles. They are very accommodating with dietary restrictions. And the best part, they help you find better deals. My husband and I used to get 2 orders of the 4 minis for breakfast. They told us they had a 10 mini deal and we could use our points to get extra tots if we wanted an extra one. “Tropical Blizzard was amazing Toasted coconut, pineapple, Pecan, and banana so good. Hunger buster burger busted my hunger just perfectly. I don't want DQ to disappear. Taco Bell never lets me down, especially when it comes to the Crunchwrap Supreme. It’s the perfect mix of flavor, texture, and convenience – crispy, cheesy, beefy, and just the right amount of sauce. I could honestly eat one every day and still crave it the next.

“There's a Golden Chick 1 minute from me, but due to there lack of good service, fresh food, and portions, I've chosen to drive 15 minutes away from my home to drive and dine at the Carrollton location. I'm so happy I found this location. The owner is very nice and constantly checks on his guests. I ordered the the 4-piece catfish combo and he gave me 6 pieces. Then, prior to finishing my meal, a team member came out with a basket of rolls, giving out free roles! I will always come to this store! Very grateful for their very kind service!“

“This is a good location, and I love the variety of food options, which is one of the things I appreciate about Sonic. However, some of the food could use improvement. The ice cream is decent, but there are a few items I'd like to see enhanced.

For instance, the Texas Toast should be a bit crunchier when toasted. The burger's meat could be seasoned better and should be juicier and more tender, rather than resembling school lunch meals. Additionally, they should use a bit less sauce when dressing the burgers. The fries could also be cooked better and seasoned more effectively.

I would love to see these improvements in the future. Overall, though, it's not a bad restaurant. I really enjoy dining there, and I hope Sonic continues to offer a wide range of options and remains successful for years to come.“

“I talked my husband into driving over from Denton because we love your food. The food was great but we didn't get our large order of fries. That meant someone didn't get what they love most from Freddy's. They got some from the two orders of reg. Fries but it wasn't as much as they wanted. It is disappointing to come home and find a wrong order and know we aren't going to drive back over. I did try to call your store but there was no answer. I could understand the mistake if you had been busy but you weren't. We will be back because your food is good but I will be checking our order more closely.“

“When I just don't feel like cooking lunch or dinner it's our go to place. Location is great and it's always fresh. We always order no cheese and no salt. I use the coupons from the news paper and can order a family meal for just over $20.00 dollars. Three woppers three woppers hrs three fries three sodas. Loads of food and always made fresh as we ask for no salt.
That's the key. Hubby gets no onions no cheese, I get no mayo no bun no cheese. He has a large root beer, I have water and it's amazing. Gosh, I wish I had his metabolism. He eats everything he wants and doesn't gain weight. He even has a sweet tooth cookies, apple pie, root beer float and no weight gain. Sorry, I got off point, don't forget the ice cream cone for $1.00 yes that's right just a buck for dessert.
