“I decided to visit because of all the bad reviews to see if they lived up to the name. Well for starters I can see how they usually won't have pretzels ready, It's a small place in a big mall so give them a break. As for the 2 pretzels I ordered... They were good! The lady that attended me was also very nice and forgave a small mistake I made when ordering. I would give it five stars but it was the companies fault that made it a small place in a large demand area. But other than that keep it up!“
