Our friends wanted to take us here and I am so glad we came! Food is delicious! It is so fresh! It is a cozy little diner that looks small from the outside, but has plenty of seating! My daughter loved the coconut pie. The BLT was so good and the appetizers are HUGE! The burgers and chicken fried steak were great! We will be back!

We were in town and wanted to eat at the locals cafe. Once inside we waited some time as instructed to, then we were told to sit anywhere we wanted to. Waitress wasn't prepared to take any questions, glazed. We ordered the chicken fried steak and when it was brought out it was missing the rolls. I asked the waitress where they were and she replied we are out, since it part of the meal I asked if they had biscuits and the answer was no, we have some Texas toast so we agreed...

I recently visited The Jay Cafe and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly service, and — most importantly — the food. (They serve Halal Chicken)
