We always have such an amazing experience when we come in. Roel remembers us, and is helpful when we want to know what special they have. He is very attentive and quick with service. Food was great, and came or quickly.

I ordered guacamole and chips with my order and didn't get them guys when you order online make sure to tell the driver to double check your food because there no reason for anything to be missing !!!!!!!!!

I really like Chili's and usually no big issues. Food was okay. We were welcomed in at the front even though it was rainy and the floors and rugs were very wet. While eating, we saw paramedics go through twice with a stretcher but no one said why and we did not ask since it was not any of our business. When we went to leave, we were stopped at the hostess station by the front door and told we couldn't exit that way. We were then told to walk on the wet/damp floors all the way...read full review
