I asked for a thin crust 3 meat treat lite sauce extra cheese. what i got was a pizza full of sauce and part of ot scraped on top.of the other half. I asked them to remake it .. what they did was add topping to the bad half . I should have checked it b4 I left but I assumed it was right so now I got a super saucey pizza that I can't eat
I ordered a pizza here one day and a few days later I had another charge come to my credit card. It was very suspicious, but the GM and managers were all very concerned and handled the problem in a very timely manner. Thank you guys for your help, it doesn't go unnoticed.

I cannot understand why you can't cancel and refund an order placed online more than 9 hrs before. The "manager" we spoke to was difficult to deal with and could NOT seem to understand our question or how to help us.However, the manager in the evening was wonderful. He kept me updated, even though the order was not ready on time, and he was extremely apologetic.The manager in the morning should be fired, but the manager in the PM should be promoted.
