I have visited China Star many times and I find the food is always excellent and on each visit my server is very attentive and readily available. I highly recommend this restaurant for an exceptional experience.
I've been to China Star before and enjoyed it, but this time we bright my mother who has a cane do they sat us in the front section. That's nice, it's pretty close to the buffet etc, but the seats on the booth kept flipping forward when she sat on the edge, so we had to push the table all the way towards her, which left it pretty far from my husband and I. We are two senior citizens and made a point to get to the restaurant within the lunch time so it would not be so costly. I made a point to say to the host that we were there for the senior LUNCH. The host said "OK, booth or table." There was NO MENTION or posted notice of having to eat and leave the restaurant before 4 pm to get the lunch time cost. We sat down with our food at our table at 3:50 pm. Because we did not finish eating BEFORE 4 pm, we were charged the Dinner price....read full review
