The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my almost 37 years of life. We only went because we were gifted a $25 gift card. We are attempted to use the self help kiosk, used our $25 gift card towards the $39 balance and when we went pay the rest with our card, the machine froze and wouldn’t let any other actions happen. We spoke to the kid running the cash register, he checked the balance of our card and it showed $0. He gets his manager and she had no options...read full review
