“We had an amazing dinner experience at the Sixty-three Restaurant at Lakeway Resort and Spa. We were there during our Veteran's Day outing and reserved the restaurant which it was pretty much empty at 5:30pm. We were greeted at the front entrance with big smiles and friendliness. The waiter came immediately and greeted us once again with friendliness and welcoming smile. We ordered cabernet wine which it was full of aroma with some oakiness taste. My wife ordered the Salmon and according to her it was delicious and cooked to perfection. I ordered the filet mignon sandwich and it was very tasty and cooked just right. We will return in the future to eat at this restaurant again.“

“Six ladies had lunch and a planning meeting at Plate today and the food and service provided by Marco & Ryan were both wonderful! We were seated at a nice round table so that we could talk and it was perfect for our group. Plate is always a great place for lunch or dinner and now they’re serving brunch on the weekend!“

“We came in from a horrible traffic jam on my birthday week and they welcomed us with warm gesture and really took care of us! The next day they sent us an amazing birthday gifts!! I am definitely coming back this year with additional family members !! Room, food, pools, spa and hospitality deserves 5 star!! “Considering that I'm a vegetarian and this is (obviously) a very meat-y restaurant, this was a very good experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the decor is elegant, the semi-outdoor seating was pleasantly breezy on a hot day (I could do without the huge TVs, but that's me). I simply wanted to get a quick drink with an old friend and we chose Carve purely because of its location. We arrived during their happy hour (which starts at 3:00). We ordered a couple of tasty cocktails and an order of the cheesy cauliflower sticks -- delicious! The happy hour prices certainly made me happy, and the charming waiter checked back in at sensible intervals and remained good humored and attentive even when it must have become obvious that we were not going to be ordering more. I noticed that the menu includes some attractive vegetarian/vegan options and will bear Carve in mind for family celebration meals where there are carnivores as well as vegetarians to feed. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that they failed to include the tip I thought I'd added to the credit card slip and I realized when I checked my account that I hadn't left a tip at all -- apologies if that was my fault!!“
