Considering that I'm a vegetarian and this is (obviously) a very meat-y restaurant, this was a very good experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the decor is elegant, the semi-outdoor seating was pleasantly breezy on a hot day (I could do without the huge TVs, but that's me). I simply wanted to get a quick drink with an old friend and we chose Carve purely because of its location. We arrived during their happy hour (which starts at 3:00). I love this restaurant. It’s in a nice location, the service is great and the food exceptional! If you’ve never been I suggest you make plans for dinner soon. I will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone. Great wine list and nice staff.
