Found this place while building a pipeline in Patricia, Tx…fries are fresh cut, hot and crispy…burger is very juicy and the bun is FRESH..owner is great!!…definitely recommend

The Cougar Cafe - Midland is a beautiful spot on the way to Lubbock. The food is amazing, with fresh cut, hot and crispy fries. The burger is very juicy with a really fresh bun, and the best tasting burger ever. Try the asada tacos or the breakfast sandwich. The salsa is also loved. The service is very friendly, with a kind, respectful gentleman answering the phone and door. The owner is great. This gem has a great environment. Don't blink or miss this place in Patricia, TX. Highly recommend.
