We stopped at the Toot n Totem and found this BBQ, not expecting it to be good, but were pleasantly surprised how lean the turkey was and how moist it was. For my husbands BBQ sliced brisket the counter server trimmed the fat then weighed it. My husband liked his very much. We are native Texans and have eaten a lot of BBQ and this was very good. Mediocre barbecue, but does have truck parking since it’s on the side of a truckstop. My main issue was got it really didn’t make no sense.
