The kitchen is extremely slow, today it took an hour for breakfast to be served. The waitress did a great job, but the delay from the kitchen was frustrating. If food cannot be prepared more quickly, it might help to limit the number of tables being seated so service can keep up. This is the second time I’ve experienced the same issue, so it seems to be an ongoing problem.
I go quite often for coffee on the way to work. The waitresses and staff are very welcoming and the rustic atmosphere is quite settling. Offers buffet specials daily and a great menu selection for a home cooked feeling. Check it out.
I had the half plate buffet with roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, brussel sprouts, side salad, jalapeno cornbread, and iced tea - all for $12.99. Excellent food, excellent value, excellent service.
