Went through the drive-thru on this visit. Service was great. Food came out as ordered but took about 14 minutes after the payment was given. Pretty slow for a fast-food chain on a Sunday afternoon without much of a line (our order wasn't complicated; an order of the whatawings, and a patty melt [nothing added or removed, just as it comes])
I really wish Whataburger would get their collective acts together. I mean, food-wise, we all know what we're getting, so no review necessary. If your going there, you're good with it. What I'm talking about is what they hand to you. Is it the correct order? It's a safe bet it's not, and a pleasant surprise when it is lol. In this case, we ordered the chicken biscuit on the jalapeño biscuit, but *just* the biscuit *sandwich*. What we drove away from the drive through was literally...read full review
