“This place is such an underrated coffee place, but I think this is exactly what they're aiming for. Excellent baristas, expert recommendations, classic drinks, or high quality matchas. You could be in a different coffee mood every day and they can find a perfect combo for you. I really don't drink anything other than black coffee, but I'll drink anything they recommend or make for me. I will happily make the trek from Plano all the way to Oak Cliff for them. Highly recommend. Don't forget they also have to-go packs of coffee. Wish I could recommend just one, but I go in and buy ALL of them. Don't sleep on Peaberry.“

“We had such a good time at Bonton Farms! My daughter and I stopped by before a play in Fair Park. The food was really excellent. You can't get fresher veggies then a garden right out the door! I had a fried green mater sandwich with a perfectly fried tomato and it had a really great pimento cheese on it as well. My daughter had an omelet with chorizo, which she loved! The swamp tea had tang in it, which was really delicious. I'll have to call for the ingredients again so we can make it at home! The atmosphere was friendly, not stuffy and uptight, so we felt right at home. It was the perfect place for us small town girls to get a special big city lunch on our girls outing!“

“I ate here when I was in town from Florida. I had the vegan oxtails. My sister had a dish with shrimp as well as my mom. We absolutely loved the food. I raved about it all the back to Florida. My go to place when I'm in Dallas. The only thing is the oxtails are not served at the location I visit anymore on the weekends. But I'm willing to drive to their other location. Best Vegan food so far.“

“A Teste of Home! Growing up in Northern Delaware, Cheesesteaks were a part of every day life. It's been a struggle in the 5 years I have lived in Texas to find a decent representation of one.

I just tried Big Tony's for the first time and all I can say, is my search is over. Once I read they use Amoroso rolls, I knew I had to try it. These are the real deal.

“This is where you go if you just want to get out. It's very chill, not too many people, not lit at all. They call it grown folks. I call it old folks. They don't play songs with cursing, nobody really dances, and everyone is either with someone or super old. The fish and wings are good. The cajun rice is good, just too dang salty. They can be overly pricy, but I guess when you don't have a packed club, you have to make up for it somewhere. They charge way too much for tables if you want to reserve, and they only seat 4 people. They don't allow you to move them together, and neither will they. They like to play a lot of line dance music which gets old. Again, it's a chill place. Most of the servers are good, though. You'll love the vibe if you just want to chill and just get out of the house. If you want to let your hair down and turn up after having a long week of being in a conservative office, go to Legends. It's the complete opposite!!“
