“Our very first time at Rudy's which meant that we got a sample before ordering which was absolutely delightful! We ordered moist brisket, a loaded potato with pulled pork, coleslaw and creamed corn. All of it was so tasty, it was hard to stop eating! The barbeque sauces were also very good.

Portion sizes are tremendous, don't be afraid to order less than the size on the menu, they can definitely cater to your needs.

“Eduardo’s BBQ Steaks & Mexican Grill, which is located on Arena Boulevard in Laredo, Texas is a gem, and my experience here was an easy 5-stars!! I recently visited for the first time to have some lunch after attending the Laredo Parkinson's Support Group's annual Parkinson's Disease Symposium, and I had a great experience here!! The atmosphere is so warm & welcoming, the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable. It has that classic, inviting energy of Texas that makes you want to stay awhile and enjoy every moment with your group. The staff were very kind + accommodating, and the food was delicious!

Of particular note, their Enchiladas Suizas are SO good, perfectly sauced with just the right amount of richness. Every bite was flavorful + comforting, and exactly what I hoped for before leaving town!! This is one of those spots that feels both homey and memorable at the same time. Highly recommend!!“

“The food is good. Sometimes the chicharron tacos have an awful after taste like old oil or something. I love those kind of tacos but I just don’t order them anymore. It’s luck, you might get them good or awful. The place will test your patience. They don’t go by first come first serve. It goes like smaller and faster orders first so you might wait in the line if someone else orders are smaller than yours. They have phone service but half of the time they don’t answer and if they answer and you give them enough time to prepare your order, it will not be ready anyway, you will have to wait. You can give them all the time you want, the food will not be ready when you are ready to pick it up. We live close to the place and I try not to go to avoid getting angry. If the service was better I will definitely ordering every weekend. The fact that I prefer to prepare breakfast than go there and get angry, tells you everything. The staff is nice and kind just a mess of organization.“

“Longhorn is my favorite restaurant to go to, and mainly because I love their longhorn salmon from there. It’s so flavorful and the entire dish just comes together perfectly. I have ordered the flos filet multiple times from here, and it’s really good not of the time. I highly recommend.“
