Avoid this chickfila at all costs. They can't seem to get it together. Apparently today was day 2 of them not having fries. If thats the case, do not offer fries upon taking peoples orders, disable the option via the app & ask for substitutions right from the start instead of having people wait in line for over an hour. Definitely shocked to witness the disorganization & lack of communication.
Love it! It was very packed today but they had fast service
