Dinner tonight at Eduardo’s was delicious. Chips with spinach dip were crunchy. I could not stop munching on them. The brisket I ordered was tasteful. My dessert of tiramisu had just the right amount of sweetness to it. I was in the mood for a steak and baked potato so I chose Eduardo's tonight. I ordered the traditional ribeye steak dinner which comes with a baked potato and grilled mixed vegetables. I gave them four stars on their food because the ribeye steak was only about 1/2 inch thick and in my opinion, steak should be at a minimum 1 inch thick.
