We ordered the spicy beef ramen and steamed pork gyosas… by far best place for ramen and that spicy sauce for the gyosas yum!!!!

Hokkaido is definitely worth a visit! The New Years Roll was outstanding—one of the best rolls I’ve had—and the crispy spicy shrimp was absolutely delicious. I’d honestly go back for the shrimp alone. The gyozas were really good too, especially with the amazing spicy dipping sauce.

I can see why this location is so popular Laredo. The owner greets everyone as if they are family . Food was out timely , I got the California roll with gyozas. Everything was delicious . Staff was friendly everything was so good .
