Excelente service, and good food waitress alway prompt to take order but at the same time not in a hurry. Great Sense of humor.

Las Palmas Bar & Grill offers a very nice South Texas experience with home cooked REAL Mexican food. The service is quick, courteous, and attentive, with staff checking up regularly even when busy. The food comes fast, hot, and fresh, featuring very tender beef, handmade flour tortillas, and delicious homemade corn, flower, and wheat tortillas. The tampiquena plate for $10.99 is very well served, especially the enchiladas callejeras and beans. The restaurant is clean, nicely lit, and decorated, with clean restrooms. It is cozy, not loud, and feels right at home, with a bar and dance hall open after 7pm Thursday to the weekend.
