“I DO NOT recommend ! BAD SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT GO TO ITURBIDE POOL HOUSE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I came to bar with friend and ordered two virgin mango Rita's, I told bartender I am sober 6 months now. She knows me I am a current customer. She said I Know U dont Drink! We got a pool table for an hour paid in advance at 9:53pm plus 5 dollar tip in advance. We sit n receive drinks ... first sip i tasted alcohol! After 6 months sober and fighting to keep it that way. We returned drinks and received strawberritas because they were out of mango Rita's. OK I thought no big deal simple mistake. We played for 40 minutes and bartender said there was 2 minutes left. I believed her. We left table and ordered tostilocos, and gave 4 dollar tip to cook. She rang us up at 10.37pm i have receipts! I am confused because she's usually real nice to me and vise versa. I went outside to eat my tostilocos and compared receipts and realize this is BS. I dont understand why she would act like that, it was the owner I believe , blonde woman in her sixties. First they mess up my drink. Then they ruined my playtime when I paid in advance for an hour . Ok I thought. But when I went to tell bartender her mistake. She acted rude and still tried to defend herself when I showed proof! She said her cash machine and phone have different times it was only 4 minutes difference, she showed me. There is no excuse for 18 minutes difference. She did that on purpose. Then she said that's why I told u to finish your game, I told her She had said it was 2 min left i had just arranged balls for second game , i didnt wanna take advantage. So then she said well play 20 minutes and they had already picked up the table. Its too late i told her. Not a sorry did she say for the drink or the playtime ! I simply told her no its fine, I just wont ever come here again and left eloquently. But wow am I mad i feel discriminated against. I dont understand why they acted like that? I always go with my husband and they real nice to me . This is first time I go with another girl and they were so rude to us, is it because we are women?. I truly think she did it with malicious intent the alcohol and on purpose the playtime. She knows me when I used to drink.a lot. Now she always surprised I stayed sober 6 months and asks why just drink one . No pasa nada. I know myself and I know I can't drink one! I can resist temptation. I can go and be around that environment without wanting to drink. I just order virgin drinks. And if I go there is because almost all pool houses are closed. I love to play pool it relieves my stress. I have a pool table at home but its slanted and all balls roll to the side.super Bad service at ITURBIDE POOLHOUSE“

“The owner is shameless when someone asks him for help he doesn't do anything to avoid losing customers, the selfish owner is a coward, but he starts to miss you when you make a greater effort to make it possible, and he doesn't see it, it's even worse to serve if he doesn't even serve any purpose. It happened to me, they stole my phone, it's backed up, truth, I'll vent here, old man, that's an asshole.“

“Very impressed with this restaurant!! You see food images on facebook, and how mouthwatering are they? Their food presentation and taste are just like that. good serving size yet delicious. The salsa were on point 😁 Everything was just perfect since we walked in till the end we even ordered dessert very delightful 😋 will be stopping by very soon to try the other dishes and cheese cake😋 staff were super friendly and courteous, The owner Mr Perez very attentive I highly recommended 👌“

“I want to take a moment to recognize Gigi for delivering an exceptional level of service. During our visit, she was responsible for serving over 75 guests simultaneously, and somehow made every table feel attended to and valued. Her ability to remain calm, organized, and fluid under that level of pressure was truly impressive.
Despite the volume, every interaction was professional, friendly, and efficient. Orders were accurate, timing was excellent, and the overall experience for everyone was outstanding. It’s clear that Gigi doesn’t just work hard she leads by example and elevates the entire operation around her.
If this establishment wants to continue its success and set a standard for excellence, Gigi is exactly the kind of person who should be promoted into a General Manager role. She has the composure, work ethic, and leadership presence that great teams are built on.

“Sports bar with good music and a nice patio area. On the inside they play country, norteño and Banda while outside there's more like dj with reguetón and other remixes. The place is LGBT friendly and the staff is very nice. Prices are accessible and the atmosphere is really good.“
