On the Rocks Tavern is a hidden gem in downtown Laredo, perfect for craft cocktails and live music. The bartenders are attentive, the atmosphere is chill, and the staff is friendly. With tasty drinks and a great sound system that's not too loud, it's a top spot for a quality handcrafted cocktail. The live shows on weekends make it an even better experience, and it's no surprise they've been around for 15 years. A must-visit for cocktail enthusiasts.
