First time I had Rudy's and might be the last. Brisket was alright, think they might be using propane or a ton of lighter fluid, the pork ribs were dry and had no flavor, sausage mmmh didn't care much for it. Franklin might have set the bar too high.

Ordered delivery. Had Brisket, turkey and regular sausage. No complaints about the sausage. Turkey was moist and tender but no smokey flavor I'm used to from Rudy's the lean brisket tasted like propane or lighter fluid and had zero smoke bark on it. Probably the worst brisket I've had at any Rudy's.

Sorry Rudy's, I just had the worst sliced brisket sandwich. Very dry, sauce only made it somewhat better. This is an isolated incident, I hope. I ate the sandwich because I was really craving brisket and was really hungry. 😒

Very delicious food and excellent service. If it is the first time you go, they give you so you can taste and choose the one you like the most.
