Ordered delivery. Had Brisket, turkey and regular sausage. No complaints about the sausage. Turkey was moist and tender but no smokey flavor I'm used to from Rudy's the lean brisket tasted like propane or lighter fluid and had zero smoke bark on it. Probably the worst brisket I've had at any Rudy's.
Ooooh that’s good chow. Rudy’s is always a go to when BBQ is on the mind. This particular place was friendly and quick at getting me what I wanted. Having the staff come and check on the customers when the line was empty was an added bonus.
I love this place! And especially the branch, I have visited the one in McAllen, SA and Dallas but I didn't like any of them, the accommodations of the other branches are strange. Even the taste of the food is better in this branch, if you plan to visit Rudy's for the first time this branch is the one to go for. My favorites by far are the Pulled Pork Sandwich, Brisket Moist, Sausage, Sides/Cream Corn, and Cole Slaw. <3
