The atmosphere is good, with a big, clean place that has many tables and a nice playlist, though the music can be a bit loud and it is super cold inside. However, wait times can be super long, unless orders are placed in the app. Some staff were not very friendly, and there was a mosquito in a display case. One bathroom was not working. A birthday drink was redeemed with a cute cup and a nice girl at the window.
