Chipotle Mexican Grill in League City

“I definitely WILL NOT eat at this location again. The honey chicken was very bland, the vegetables were undercooked & bland. The tiny bag of chips that cost around $1.60 had eight chips in it, and I do mean eight. Those chips were so hard & stale, which made them hard to chew & actually cut the roof of my mouth. What a huge waste of $12.50 of my hard earned money. I have been to better Chipotle locations that actually have good, flavorful food. To top it off, you can't call & complain to a human or let them know something is wrong. I am highly disappointed.“

“This is one of the few times I've felt truly cared about by someone out of my family circle. The customer service is outstandingly great, let me paint you the scene...(around 9:30, we just got out of a massive traffic jam, already heading to the Chipotle.I come in with the family, ordering the usual...)...a quesadilla and chips please!Mom: do you need those chips? think with your stomach, not your head.Me: Ok, I'm not that hungry.(I went to the bathroom, the family, meanwhile, was setting the food on the table.)Imagine my surprise when I see the bag of chips, next to the rest of the food.Me: Who got it? Thanks mom!Mom: No, it was the cook, he gave it too us.I wish I could rate this place higher, Not only one of the best I've seen in the Customer Service, but the atmosphere too.the visible wooden support beams right next to the lights and on the wall, a piece of modern art.This place in general, is absolutely amazing and is only a few extra minutes away!“
