So I ordered through the app, picked drive thru as my pick up option. I get to the restaurant, in the drive thru the man tells me I need to go to the lobby. So I go inside and he’s pointing to the “mobile order pick up” sign, saying there’s the rules. Please educate your employees that the sign is for when someone chooses to come into the lobby instead of a rule that you MUST pick up mobile orders inside. Your hours say your open since 6am and states that drive thru is 24hrs. Several times like today, no one is there. And there is days were you dont even open. Not a really good service I'd say.
Worst late night service in the dang area. Don't bother coming here between 3am and 7am because apparently it takes 20mins to take 3 cars orders and even if you place an order at 3:56, if you don't make it to their window, you're S.O.L. because their system just "shuts them out" at 4am. Always get orders wrong, always out of product, crappy staff. Thankfully there's a Whatsburger right down the road with amazing service.
