“Renee at Marcos Pizza saved the day! Or I guess I should say the night! I came in late with no idea what to get for a house full of hungry kids after a long day and she knew exactly what I needed!
The store was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the pizza was delicious!“
“Food is great, BUT when I call in my order they have very few (if any) specials vs when I order online they have tons of specials, discounts, and coupons.
I prefer to call my order in bc I can’t customize my pizza online the same way I can when I call. Very frustrating bc I have to order online then call to clarify my order!!
I pay $38 (call in) vs $25 (online) for my order.
A simple fix is to add a comment section to the online ordering.
Or have the same options online and in store.
UPDATE: The owner responded to our issue and thoroughly researched what happened. He was very kind and truly listened to the problem with our recent orders.
We will definitely continue to be loyal customers after our interaction with him.“
