I ordered the pho tai gau gan, and it was simply divine—rich, flavorful broth with tender noodles and perfectly cooked beef brisket and flank. The bo ne was a delightful surprise, served sizzling hot with a side of fresh toppings. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. “I have been coming here for years and I always loved the food.. so when I found out that it changed management I was a little sad and hoped that it tasted at least 90% of what it was before.. WOW!!! don't know if it were possible but it's better to me.. spring rolls, the soup that I normally get and even the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! needless to say, I will continue to come back!
