Papa Chen China Diner offers delicious food like Mongolian Delight, Dragon Phoenix, and Happy Family. Crab Rangoons are crispy with a warm center. The Mongolian beef and pork fried rice are excellent. The service is top-notch, and the plates are nicely garnished. While the dining area could use some sprucing up, the food quality makes it well worth a visit. A new Christmas Eve tradition for some diners.
