“The new automated system is a pain. It doesn't understand me half of the time and I've never had an instance where I was able to fully complete an order without having to ask for a human. Just hire another person to take orders, TB.“
“I just wanted to give a shout out to the cashier at the front, Bella, for providing outstanding customer service. For example, I went to use the restroom and she brought my food to the table and even arranged a napkin and fork next to the tray. I have never experienced that level of service at a fast food establishment. Because of her great attitude I will be back!“
“I love the beef crunchy tacos, I tried some of the new items, but I didn't like the chicken enchilada burrito. It's a rice and enchilada sauce burrito with a tiny bit of chicken. The loaded nachos were pretty good for the price. The sauce I'm not sure about, but I think I prefer nachos bell grande instead.“
