“The food here is amazing, it's a walk-up stand. No places, tables- everything is to go.
They're only open Monday through Friday and close at 9:00 so make sure that you get there with plenty of time because lines can get long. I've never been there close to closing so I don't know their policy once it hits 9:00 and if there's a line but honestly don't chances it lol

Lent season just started so I am so excited to want to try their fish... However, I hear lines can get wrapped around the building so be forewarned.

“Best burger (I got the 1604, double Pattie with Bacon) I’ve had in a LOOOONG time! I like a greasy burger (grease = flavor to me) and this didn’t disappoint. Burger is delicious!! Bacon was thick and cooked perfectly! Onion rings are great, taste home made (versus packaged frozen and fried), and mozzarella sticks are good (also look homemade, versus packaged frozen and fried). If people try their burgers, I expect to see a line out the door.“

He went above and beyond we ever expected.Georgie got to input his own oder... and the manager paid for mijos dinner and even dessert..even announced happy birthday me king over the p.a.. when we were done eating he brings a box out.i though he was gonne restock beverage counter.. but no he said" i have something for you" and pulls out a freddy shirt.and to many it may not mean anything but to me it does. What happened next almost made me cry Georgie says mom When i grow up im gonna do the same thing for a small kids like he did with me.. he made my day and made me happy. I wanna work here and do the same one day. And i know he may not work at freddys but those small gestures like this amazing man did something for my son today that will go with him for a life time. “I googled burger places near me and this was the first one listed. Awesome suggestion by Google. It's a small restaurant but I like how it's very welcoming, the employees were very nice, the food was cooked well done. And budget friendly will come back again. They did so well I gave a 30% tip. Definitely coming back with some church friends who want to eat at a local family restaurant.“

Mark welcomed us into the establishment and Natalie was just right there when we needed anything regarding ordering. “Burger and fries weren't seasoned. Food didn't taste good. The onion rings were all soggy and only half were battered everything else fell off, I guess when frying them. I placed an order to go and specifically told the register we wanted the food at the same time. We had to wait another 15 minutes or more for the order to go. Not worth what we paid for.“

“I had a quarterly meeting today in San Antonio. My husband was looking up places by the Cypress building and we found Armadillos Texas Style Burgers. I was greeted quickly and chose my booth. I ordered in 3 mins. Received my food in 5 mins. This was the fastest service I have ever had. I arrived to my meeting 10 mins early and I was happy and my belly was full. I appreciate the atmosphere, my waitress and the kitchen. Thank yall for a memorable time!!“

“On 6/5 we had our wedding ceremony on Chunky's patio. The burgers were tasty, the staff was through the roof helpful. My sister brought cupcakes and the staff put them in the cooler until needed. I've never met a friendlier staff. They provided the dj who did a great job on quick need for ceremony until closing.“
