“My family and I have driven by this place a few times. We decided to give it a try after church service and it did not disappoint! The place is clean, the food well priced, customer service above excellence. Mr.Wayne took our order and he was so friendly and attentive. The staff that was in charged of bringing out the food to the tables, were full of high energy, and smiling the whole time. They kept checking on customers and asking if anything is needed. Safe to say, we will be back! Give this place a try, the food was soo good!! Well done guys! 🍔“

“Best burger (I got the 1604, double Pattie with Bacon) I’ve had in a LOOOONG time! I like a greasy burger (grease = flavor to me) and this didn’t disappoint. Burger is delicious!! Bacon was thick and cooked perfectly! Onion rings are great, taste home made (versus packaged frozen and fried), and mozzarella sticks are good (also look homemade, versus packaged frozen and fried). If people try their burgers, I expect to see a line out the door.“

This amazing man did not have to even say happy birthday to my little man. He went above and beyond we ever expected.Georgie got to input his own oder... and the manager paid for mijos dinner and even dessert..even announced happy birthday me king over the p.a.. when we were done eating he brings a box out.i though he was gonne restock beverage counter.. but no he said" i have something for you" and pulls out a freddy shirt.and to many it may not mean anything but to me it does. What happened next almost made me cry Georgie says mom When i grow up im gonna do the same thing for a small kids like he did with me.. he made my day and made me happy. I wanna work here and do the same one day. And i know he may not work at freddys but those small gestures like this amazing man did something for my son today that will go with him for a life time. “I stumbled upon Cuarto de Kilo Burgers thanks to searching the nearby HEB Plus on Google Maps, and I am so happy I did..! The staff and owners were so awesome and hospitable when I took on and won the Bestia Challenge this past Sunday, as I was in town to see my hometown Sacramento Republic FC, visiting from Kilgore, TX. You choose two of their burgers, which are 1/4 kilogram (more than 1/2 pound) each, for a total of 1/2 a kilo (more than a pound!) ; I chose both of mine as the Bestia Burger, with their Bestia sauce added.. The burgers had a flavour and kick that I had not experienced in a burger before, you can taste the love and spirit of Guadalajara in each bite! Normally, you don't tie Mexico and burgers together, but this was an exquisite symphony of the two! The next time you're in San Antonio, pay the nearby town of Helotes a visit, and if you dare take on the Bestia Challenge, don't plan on eating anything for a couple days afterward with all that food you're taking on!“

“Burger and fries weren't seasoned. Food didn't taste good. The onion rings were all soggy and only half were battered everything else fell off, I guess when frying them. I placed an order to go and specifically told the register we wanted the food at the same time. We had to wait another 15 minutes or more for the order to go. Not worth what we paid for.“

It's a small restaurant but I like how it's very welcoming, the employees were very nice, the food was cooked well done. And budget friendly will come back again. They did so well I gave a 30% tip. “We ordered four adult meals with beverages. Someone pointed out that my daughter had a happy meal. I was advised no outside food allowed. This was told to me after I order the food and paid. It was one happy meal for a nine year old little girl. There various other family’s with donut hole and crumble cookies and a box of donuts from outside BIGZ on four different tables and they were allowed. There were no signs that I viewed that say no outside food. The managers name is Alexander Stanley. His approach was less than customer service oriented. I have been a customer ever since I moved to Stone Oak. This has always been a friendly family environment. I am sad to say the managers attitude and coldness to my baby girl of nine years old is unacceptable and you no longer will receive our patronage.“

“Husband wanted a burger and I didn't feel the regular fast food go to places. Found this place and no regrets. My avocado burger with onion rings was so delicious. Husband had a cheese burger with sweet potato fries and enjoyed it very much. The atmosphere was quiet being it was only us in the restaurant. But the pickup orders were frequent and they deliver as well with in seven miles. The oweners and employee were very friendly and kind. They have other items that look delicious and I can't wait to go back with my family and try something else. If you want great food a home style burger, wings, Philly cheese steak, mozzarella sticks and more stop by and dine in or pickup to go. You won't regret 🥰🥰🥰“

“As a first timer to this establishment, I was brought in by my EMS partner because he recommended it. I must admit walking into the facility it was very clean the staff was eagerly waiting to serve you as you walked in and greeted you with a smile. We placed in our orders at the kiosk which was very user-friendly and not complicated in whatsoever of a fashion soon, to be given our order in less than six minutes. Now being a person of my age that has been around the world and then some and has eaten at many different establishments that serve simple burgers and shakes, I was very impressed that the Patty although thin made up in huge flavor! I’m surprised this place has not been put on diners drive-ins and dives but then again it is a franchise not a local mom and pop joint. The shake was simple I ordered the chocolate shake served in a very chilled glass and given a shake size straw to accompany it. Let me just say that it complemented the taste of the burger the shoestring fries were on point you could even add a little bit more of the steak seasoning on the fries I chose not to as I dipped a couple of fries into my shake which was Amazing and delightful! I wish we could take this place and put it in West Texas maybe I may just win the lottery and franchise a couple of these places in El Paso and in West Texas!!!five stars all the way!!!“

“This was my first visit to Armadillos! The food was super fast to come out on a Friday lunch time. The burgers were thin, but very flavorful! The potato my friend got filler the whole basket! The fries and fries pickles were good and crispy. Their ranch...yum! I even liked their tea! I will be glad to return!“
