Placing an order is quick. They always deliver the food to our table with a smile and ask if we need anything else. And they make sure to thank us while we're leaving.

Whataburger in Levelland, Texas, offers quick ordering and friendly service. The staff delivers food to the table with a smile, asks if anything else is needed, and thanks customers while leaving. Burgers are sometimes good, but the food can taste bland with hardly any mayo. Fries have been cold and stale. Orders are often wrong, with missing items like an extra strip on a #13, a side of gravy, and BBQ sauce on a chicken sandwich with no bun. One customer found a hair in the order. Online ordering is now available, which helps skip the line. A greasy, tasty, warm burger was described as probably better than any Whataburger in Lubbock. Customer service received high praise, though one visit had a phone that was not answered.
