“Sometimes McDonald's quality can vary depending on who's making the food. I've had a lot of disappointing McDonald's experiences with no care being put into the food.

“5 stars for fast food service. I went to this location on my way home, avoiding the one off Frankford and old Denton (it’s horrible). The wait in a parking spot for my drive thru order wasn’t too long luckily and Luz who brought my food out also brought out sauces to choose from! This was a first because at every other McDonald’s location they usually forget parts of my order when I have to wait in a parking spot. And she was hilarious; she joked and actually made me laugh. And everything was hot and fresh, but probably because it was during lunch hours“
“What can one say? McDonalds has ruled and conquered the fast food industry from the beginning. Tip: make sure the fries are HOT & SALTY.
Maybe make that an option. Or seasoned? Joes Barbque in Kansas City by FAR has the best fries.“
“This is my fav McDonalds not just because it is the closest to me. The staff there are always super friendly and the one day I had a problem with the app, they immediately got me squared away without a problem.Also, they truly have the best sodas of all of the McDonalds in the area. I don’t know why or how, you’ll just have to trust me - I know my Dr. Pepper and their’s is better than the other McDonalds in town.And FYI - the app really will save you money. They don’t give me anything extra to say that but I go there a fair amount and I can tell you that if that is the case for you as well, download the app. But make sure you close it out after you use it so it doesn’t glitch on you the next time you use it and say you have to wait 15 minutes to use it again.“
“Food was good. Order was incorrect, sadly, this caused them to lose a star.
How sad is it that they can’t get an order correct even with it printed out for them.
Please double check, especially because this was a door dash delivery.“
“Carolina was super attentive to make sure everything was clean. We came to visit and in Houston, McDonald's don't compare at all to how clean this one is. In addition, the employees are much more interactive and friendly, always willing to make the experience great. The customer service here is next level! 🍔
