“Carolina was super attentive to make sure everything was clean. We came to visit and in Houston, McDonald's don't compare at all to how clean this one is. In addition, the employees are much more interactive and friendly, always willing to make the experience great. The customer service here is next level! 🍔

“Sometimes while in the drive-thru I feel like they only care if I'm using a mobile app or if want a medium or large. I've had my ordered wrong a few times at night. Never made a big stink about it until now. Check your food! These guys become absent-minded at times during the late evening.“

“5 stars for fast food service. I went to this location on my way home, avoiding the one off Frankford and old Denton (it’s horrible). The wait in a parking spot for my drive thru order wasn’t too long luckily and Luz who brought my food out also brought out sauces to choose from! This was a first because at every other McDonald’s location they usually forget parts of my order when I have to wait in a parking spot. And she was hilarious; she joked and actually made me laugh. And everything was hot and fresh, but probably because it was during lunch hours“

“It’s McDonald’s, you know what you’re getting. I order through the app, and the food is consistent every time. The staff is efficient, gives minimal conversation, and I’m usually in and out in under three minutes.

Can’t fault them for the quality because it’s exactly what you expect. Solid for what it is.“

“This is my fav McDonalds not just because it is the closest to me. The staff there are always super friendly and the one day I had a problem with the app, they immediately got me squared away without a problem.Also, they truly have the best sodas of all of the McDonalds in the area. I don’t know why or how, you’ll just have to trust me - I know my Dr. Pepper and their’s is better than the other McDonalds in town.And FYI - the app really will save you money. They don’t give me anything extra to say that but I go there a fair amount and I can tell you that if that is the case for you as well, download the app. But make sure you close it out after you use it so it doesn’t glitch on you the next time you use it and say you have to wait 15 minutes to use it again.“

“Clean restaurant, kind staff, food as expected, hot/crispy fries.

I ordered from the app & had the food delivered to my table (I love this option!). Allows me to come in, sit down, & take my time browsing the menu without feeling rushed.

Food was delivered with a smile & a kind greeting by name. That’s great customer service!

This young lady is relatively new (I come here a couple times a month & hadn’t seen her here before), but she’s doing a great job!“

How sad is it that they can’t get an order correct even with it printed out for them.
Please double check, especially because this was a door dash delivery.“
