I placed an online order for a grilled chicken sandwich combo. I picked my order up from the drive thru and Wynn is who assisted with giving me my order. What should have been just a simple pick up... Wynn made it an awesome customer experience. His customer service is PHENOMENAL!!

My sandwich is full of flavor and tastes great as usual. I love the pair with the Zapp's chips... I couldn't imagine having my order without it. The strawberry passion fruit...

I got a sandwich and I just wanted the regular toppings that came on it and for some reason they loaded my sandwich with every topping they offer imaginable, and shorted me on the prime rib meat there that I was actually excited to try. Idk why they didn't use any common sense there:(

What a gem of a spot! I can't recommend Potbelly's enough. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were attentive without being overbearing and genuinely seemed to love their jobs, which really made the experience that much better.
The restaurant itself was immaculate. You can tell they take great pride in keeping the space clean and comfortable. This level of care extends to the food and drinks as well. Everything...
