“A beautiful ramen restaurant with a great menu. I often eat at Zion Market, but never stopped to give this place a chance. Some of the best ramen I've had in DFW - the tonkatsu broth especially was rich, deep and peppery, which I greatly enjoyed. We also had the chashudon and the beef mazemen. Everything was fresh, well seasoned and tasty, with good portions. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!“

“We went to the ramen Akita with the family for lunch. Although there was only one person - owner, chef?- the service was attentive and personable. The menu was simple, which IMO, is preferable compared to a long list and the food/ramen was excellent. I tried the chicken karaage and spicy garlic chicken ramen. The broth was savory and flavorful and the texture of the ramen was just right.“

“Easy to find parking. Inside is clean. We had the braised beef soup and dry chicken noodle bowl. Both were very tasty! Great flavor and not overly salted compared to other restaurants. The wontons in chili oil hit the spot and a great price too! Will definitely come back. Shout out to the sweet ladies who took our order. :)“
