From the stafff to the food, Peublos is my go to when I am in liberty. The staff repeatedly will check on you & make sure you have what you need. I am not a person who likes to chase down a waiter/waitress for something. I'm greatful I do not have too here, and food & drinks are amazing. Nice, clean, fun restaurant!

Our waiter was Alex. He was wonderful and this review isn't about him. This review is about a waitress named Lilliana who was listed as out waitress on the receipt and was also going to get the tip. She did absolutely nothing for us except to argue with me about what I ordered (she was very rude and totally out of line). I ordered the Vaquero with cheese enchiladas. I was brought chicken enchiladas. My brother ordered the Acapulco dinner which was cheese and shrimp enchiladas....read full review
