“I’ve been to this Starbucks many times! Mostly through the drive through. Somedays it is quite slow but overall, I’ve rarely had a bad experience. The baristas are always so pleasant and friendly. The drinks are always what we order. I prefer this place to others in the area.“
“Jamal is excellent. He is professional, compassionate, and understanding. The coffee machine broke down right after I ordered and he went through great lengths to get me my refund because it was just a few minutes from closing. He even stayed after his shift and waited in line to help me out. It's customer service like this that keeps us coming back! 5 stars! Thanks Jamal!!“
“I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to write a review, but I'm glad I'm getting to it now. I've been frequenting this location since they've opened and I've had nothing but great experiences. The staff are genuine and kind and I've yet to find a similar environment elsewhere. I honestly didn't start visiting a Starbucks until this location opened, but I can honestly say they are the best representation of the company. Thanks so much for kindly greeting us and for providing the warmth that I think most of us look for in a local coffee shop.“
“Went in to grab my mobile order and Ashley was one of the baristas behind the counter. She was absolutely phenomenal and so so kind. Immediately greeted me, complimented me, and just lit up the room. The store was exceptionally clean and had the cutest sign with such a kind message. I really needed to read that message and have the kindness. This location is not my normal location but it will be now because of the employees like Ashley! Thank you for making a difference in my day!! 10/10 recommend“
