The lady working the counter is rude and standoffish. The chicken tenders were puny and over cooked. Mac n cheese looked more like coagulated cheese byproduct on top of slimy noodles. They were out of biscuits and said they couldn't offer anything to compensate, when I asked if they could at least do a slight little discount because I would not be getting all the food that a family meal comes with, eyes were rolled and the lady at the counter said NO... poor management all around, mold all over the drink machine, ice portion doesnt work. When you are eating, the workers stare and snicker. Sadly, last time we will be eating here until upper management comes in and cleans house.

I stopped at this location while traveling from Houston to Louisiana to purchase a Big Box meal for myself and my family. July 3 2026 around 330

When I placed my order at the drive-thru, I requested two wings as my chicken selection. The drive-thru employee told me that I could not order two wings with the Big Box. I explained that I purchase this meal frequently at other locations and have never been told this was not allowed.

My husband then asked if there were additional wings available because he also wanted to place an order and would have preferred at least one wing. At that point, the cashier raised her voice and repeatedly stated that we could not have two wings.

We decided to go inside to better understand the policy. As we entered, we observed two employees huddled together discussing our drive-thru transaction. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, they repeatedly told us that we could not order two wings. I explained that I had successfully ordered the same combination at other locations and could even verify it through the restaurant’s app. The cashier responded, “Not at this location.”

My husband then asked if we could simply purchase two wings separately. The cashier refused to take our order altogether.

The issue was not simply the menu policy, as I understand that locations may have different inventory or operating procedures. What was most disappointing was the unprofessional customer service. We were treated disrespectfully, our questions were not answered courteously, and we were ultimately denied the opportunity to place an order. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with respect and provided with a reasonable explanation rather than having our order refused.

I’m not typically one to complain about food, it makes me feel like a big back, however I’ll make an exception today. I purchased a large order of and cheese, which is over $7 after tax. I get home and find out the cup is almost half empty. Confused I call the store to notify them because surely this is a mistake, right? An employee answers, and after being notified she informs me that “that’s how much it come with. I did it myself, it come with 3 scoop”. I didn’t say anything rude or argue with them, I’m not one to have a spat over Mac and cheese.
My point is that for over $7 after tax, you get a nearly half empty cup of overcooked Mac and cheese and the employees couldn’t care less. Hell, they’re probably told exactly this so I can’t blame them. I don’t think this should be the case, however buyer beware because this place lives up to the 1.7 star rating on yelp 🤣

We drove through and wanted to try the classic chicken sandwich to compare with chick fil a sandwich. The Popeyes sandwich had a juicy thick piece of chicken and the sandwich bread was tasty but the grease was old and burnt tasting and that ruined the crust and taste.

They were nice and helpful the manager lady made sure we had everything we needed!

the employee behind the counter was nice and patient never felt like i had to rush and whenever i went to go get my drink i the lemonade syrup was empty so when i told the worker about it he went to go change it and so i sat down for a minute and he walked back over to me and gave me one of their premium lemonades and said that they were out of the normal lemonade syrup. ive got to say that i appreciated the honesty.

Walked in then walked out restaurant smelled heavily of sewage, they should have opened doors to vent or spray something. Killed my appetite immediately.

Every time an employee would walk outside to hand off food.The door would slam so bad it would make you jump.They were to hold about it , and they still did it anyway. On top of all of that , the chicken wasn't even cooked all the way through
