Sakura is a small town gem that exceeded expectations with amazing sushi. At first glance, it may not seem impressive, but upon entering, guests are welcomed into a relaxing atmosphere. The Spicy Combo and shrimp tempura roll remain highlights, perfectly balanced in flavor. The service started slow but improved, with friendly staff, including a nice and informative waiter. While the wasabi and ginger seemed less fresh, the overall dining experience was enjoyable. The gyoza dumplings were okay, but the Tom Yum soup was described as "friggin delicious," packed with carrots, cabbage, onions, and shrimp in a spicy light tomato broth. The sushi was well portioned and offered great value, especially the Chirashi plate. The eel sauce was just right, and the Sapporo was cold.
