Ordered #8 & #9 plus grilled cheese. 20.00 wasted. #8 asked for chili but got mustard, ketchup relish & onions that I didn’t ask for. Visiting 20 mins away. Sonic rep not helpful & not apology for wrong order! Hotdog trashed. Will not visit there again! Poor service & no concern for customer. 👎🏾 👎🏾
Stopped by our Livingston TX Sonic drive in last week . The wife and I were very hungry and looking forward to ordering our Sonic favorites. Upon pushing the button I was informed that they " were not taking any orders at this time. " no explanation, no apology, no nothing. We just sat there stunned.
