Terrible service. The guy on register can never take an order accurately. He literally has to walk to the back and get someone to help him EVERY SINGLE TIME. Like come on just put someone else on register. Tonight I waited for 45 minutes for my order that had been completely forgotten about. Then when it was finally made I was offered not an apology just ketchup and a blank stare like deer looking into headlights. I love whataburger but just do yourself a favor and don’t bother...read full review
