Chick-fil-A in Longview

“I went to Chic-fil-a today 07-30-25, around 5 pm, and they messed up my rather large order. It's my son's birthday, so of course they really messed up his order in particular. Anyway, we drove back to Chic-fil-a from Gilmer, TX and the very sweet girl behind the counter got a supervisor to help us. Needless to say, he went above and beyond trying to correct our order. He apologized for the confusion and just fixed it, NO excuses. I wish I had gotten his name, he was truly a professional young man and deserves to be praised for a job well done. I gave 4 stars only because of how bad our order was messed up.“

“Decent food, nicely prepared, children friendly and exceptional prices. Staff helpful but very busy dealing with the number of customers.

Kid-friendliness: Service excellent ! Some items primarily geared towards adult's menus.

Parking: Large shopping center with several business nearby, so traffic is heavy & parking is sometimes limited near Chick-fil-A .
