Chick-fil-A in Tyler

“Despite the large number of employees,there was a bottleneck somewhere. One young man was noticeably upset and walked away from his register as it was our turn to order, so we had a 2-3 minute wait before one of tge other employees came over to take our order. The food was great and the restaurant is very clean. But the staff this afternoon fell short of the typical Chik Fil A customer experience.“

“The usual Chick-fil-a expectations were met: clean, well-staffed, efficient, polite service, and price-friendly meals. All CFA's are more than satisfying, but this particular store was on my visit- somehow - a bit more inviting than some of the others. We really enjoyed the experience!“

“I love chick fila but sometimes they food makes mad so mad cause it be left in the warmer to long and it dries the sandwiches and nuggets out and the fries are the prize and they be Luke warm when they should be piping hot but hey you win some and you loose some...“

“You arent going to find any fast food place with better service. It doesnt matter how busy they are, they have you through that line in a flash. The food is delicious and they are always super nice. If you have a problem withthe food they fix it quickly. Chick fil a is awesome.“

“Stop by yesterday for a quick lunch. Even though everybody knows Chick-fil-A whichever location you go to is always going to be crowded the staff is always well trained and keeps things flowing.

I ordered the nugget meal a drink and some fries. Everything can I quickly and perfectly warm. Everything was absolutely delicious.

The staff was really great as I said the love it was very crowded long drive throughs and pretty much every table was taken up put the staff was hustling and bustling add getting orders out in a timely manner.

This location is always busy and located in a strip mall. There's plenty of parking but they didn't really think it out too good because you have to walk around the back of the restaurant through the drive-thru to get to the door. There are a few parking spots in the front of the building but most of those are handicapped so you're stuck parking in the back.“

“I saw frank and i immediately knew my service was gonna be amazing, he made my sandwich and there was a clear strange liquid inside my sandwich and a note inside the burger that said “have a good time with my special sauce ;)” it was so good and delicious and a little salty please give Frank Ethan Torres a raise when possible best chicken sandwich of my life the chicken was also strangely warm“
