IF I COULD DO 0 STARS I WOULD! The drive thru line was extremely long understandable its rush hour, drive thru cashier wasn’t friendly and was super annoyed. Left after waiting 40 minutes with a whole meal missing, and “medium and large” fries where halfway filled so ultimately it’s a small fry in a bigger box. Fries where also soggy. Missing Polynesian sauces which is the main on we asked for. When I called back for the missing meal they told me “oh well if you want to come back we will give it to you for free” no apology, but hey atleast I was going to get the meal for free that I had already paid for! Smh this used to be a great location seems to have gone downhill really bad.

My wife called the restaurant about an item being forgotten on an order. An employee named McKayla answered the phone and tried to get my wife to come to the restaurant the same night. We instead wanted to just receive a reward to use for later. McKayla then sat the phone down forgetting to mute it and we overheard her saying “People get on my damn nerves”. This is very rude and unacceptable and is not what we expect from Chick Fil A given the usual exceptional manners and service. McKayla also failed to pick the phone back up, ghosting us and forcing us to call again. Very annoying and unfortunate service from this employee.

I was driving on east Hawkins today and a chick-fla driver wasn't paying attention and almost hit me twice. It was a nissan around 10:25. Whoever that is shouldn't be driving. I had a child in my back seat. The car was about 2 feet from my bumper the whole time. Driving aggressively.

young man named jacobe (with the cool bandaid) made this experience so much better, especially on my birthday! was a pleasure being served by such a kind young man, he deserves a raise and his mother would be so proud of his manner, kindness, and genuine appreciation for his job, and customers. loved this birthday meal !!!!!!!!******GIVE JACOBE A RAISE!!******!!!!!!!!
