In Longview for dr appointment and this place has no heat. I was here almost a week ago and it was cold. Back again today at 33° outside, and still no heater. Since the manager and owner won’t fix that I will eat at another establishment when in town.

Always good. It would be nice if they fixed their cash register receipts so you could read them. You are unable to add your reward points to the app because they are so faded. Need new ink or something.

We had to wait for a few minutes for an employee to come to the counter. After the manager saw us standing there she yelled to the back for someone to come up there. The young man that came was very nice. The manager went above and beyond to make up for us waiting. I really appreciated that she acknowledged where the employees dropped the ball and she made it right.
