I was upset the first time I went to Olive Garden. Apart from getting my order wrong twice, the food took longer than expected. The restaurant wasn’t busy either, but I decided to give it another try. The second time around everything was spot on perfection. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious!!
It's been always good but not this time. Sorry. The waiter took just almost 18 minutes to give us the ticket. Also he never refilled our water so another waitress had to do it because we asked, that's why. The little machine on the table kept blinking and not even one waiter stopped by, so what is it for anyway? I wanted to pay cash anyways. I'm thinking the waiter was new but certainly he needs training. After all, he even got a good tip because I know they supposedly are working...read full review
